Cancellation Policy
Herts Mobile Sports Massage

1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: no charge
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: full session fee may be charged
- Failure to attend (no-show): full session fee will be charged
3. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, treatment time may be reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
4. Mobile Appointment Conditions
As this is a mobile service:
If access to the property is not possible at the agreed time
If the treatment environment is unsafe or unsuitable
The appointment may be cancelled and charged in full.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Discretion may be applied on a case-by-case basis.
