1. Who We Are
Herts Mobile Sports Massage (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides mobile sports massage and related therapy services.

2. Services Provided
We provide sports massage, soft tissue therapy, and related treatments designed to support muscular health, mobility, and recovery.
Our services:
- Are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment
- Do not replace advice from a GP or other medical professional
- Are provided based on information disclosed by the client
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
3. Client Responsibilities
By booking an appointment, you confirm that:
- You have provided accurate and complete health information
- You will inform us of any changes to your health
- You understand that failure to disclose medical conditions may increase risk
- You consent to treatment
If you are unsure whether treatment is appropriate, you should consult your GP prior to booking.
4. Consent to Treatment
Before treatment begins, you will be asked to provide informed consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time during a session.
We reserve the right to terminate treatment if:
- The environment is unsafe
- Inappropriate behaviour occurs
- Undisclosed medical conditions present a risk
5. Mobile Appointment Conditions
As a mobile service:
- Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for treatment
- Adequate room must be available for a treatment bed
- Pets should be secured
- The environment must be free from hazards
If the environment is deemed unsafe, the session may be cancelled and charged in full.
6. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance.
Payment terms:
Payment is due [before/at the end of] the session
Accepted methods: Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer and Cash
We reserve the right to decline future bookings where payments remain outstanding.
7. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full
- Failure to attend an appointment may be charged in full
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time without reduction in fee.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment:
- Results cannot be guaranteed
- Treatment outcomes vary between individuals
- We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage unless caused by negligence
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
9. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Sports massage and soft tissue therapy may involve physical manipulation of muscles and soft tissues.
Possible side effects include:
- Temporary soreness
- Bruising
- Fatigue
- Headaches
If symptoms persist or worsen, you should seek medical advice.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Treatment notes and health information are retained securely and confidentially.
